Wesley Properties, LLC purchased an 8-acre property with two delipidated buildings and successfully rehabilitated and converted the property into 42,000 Sq Ft of rental spaces. At either end of the acreage was undeveloped land parcels of which both Chase and National Bank purchase our land and constructed their own Banks.
