Although Wesley Properties, LLC did not develop this property, The Bank of the West contacted our company to take over this property when the original owners lost the property thru foreclosure and their bank. The initial courtyard design concept perceived by the previous owners was to attract retail tenants. However, Wesley Properties, LLC determoned office tenants were more appropriate for La Plaza's design.
La Plaza is a two-story building consisting of 22,000 sq. ft. and is located in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek - Sedona. Wesley Properties, LLC is routinely contacted by various banks to take over troubled property.
