Storage Corral land was purchased in 2004, then 260 self-storage units were constructed and operated for 14 years before selling in 2018. The development of these 44,000 square foot units was superior to most competing facilities, and included concrete driveways (rather than asphalt), fully insulated walls and ceiling and state of the art security with onsite office and two- bedroom home for live in management.
